My eulogy to my dad as given at the Cemetery. For as long as I can remember, the first thing that my Dad did each morning was have a shot of his "medicine". This I think he credited to his longevity. Whenever he went to see a doctor he would tell them about his "medicinal regimen". He would either get a quizzical look or a side smile his intended reaction. He never took himself too seriously. His preferred gathering was spent with family, friends, good food and spirits. So on this morning it is only fitting that we celebrate his life and remember all of his accomplishments and good times that we spent with him. To my Dad George Tornatore devoted Husband, loving Father, proud Papa and Grand Papa, loyal to family and friends may you rest in peace and enjoy a shot of Old Grand- Dad in heaven every morning! A Salute!

I'm sure George will be greatly missed by Ev and the family. Sue and I have been away from Tolland for some time now ,but i have many fond memories of my friend George. Many many hours of adventures with the Tolland Lions-building the ballfield--tent set ups -pumpkin sales--popcorn making and on and on--Lions forever. There were good times playing golf on our trips to the Cape and tearing up many local courses too. For the many years we were in Tolland I considered George a good friend. I especially like his smile----
Sue and I send our sympathy in your time of sorrow --hold close those fond memories. Dave and Sue Serluco
