BRENNAN. Martha Ann Brennan, 87, of Westfield, MA beloved wife of the late Bradford C. Brennan passed away Saturday, November 26, 2016 at Westfield Gardens Nursing and Rehab, Westfield, MA. Born October 3, 1929 in Agawam, MA daughter of the late Norman and Elizabeth (Raisbeck) McLeod, she grew up in Suffield, CT graduating from Suffield High School with the class of 1947. Before retiring she worked as a bank teller for the Third National Bank spending time at the Agawam, Southwick, Springfield and West Springfield branches. She enjoyed bowling, playing cards and was an avid reader. Her family would like to thank all the staff at Westfield Gardens for the exceptional care given to Martha the last few years. She is survived by her three daughters, Karen Brennan of Windsor Locks, CT, Beverly Bannish and her husband, Matthew of Westfield, MA, Jennifer Lurie and her husband, Mark of Roundup, MT; seven grandchildren, Joshua and Desiree Brennan, Daniel, Sasha, Brad, Maya and Dana Lurie; a great grandchild, Braylee Lurie. She was predeceased by a son, Norman Brennan, a sister, Jean Farquhar. Her family will receive friends Monday, December 5, 2016 from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM at Nicholson & Carmon Funeral Home, 443 East St. N. (Rt. 159), Suffield followed by funeral services at 1:00 PM at the funeral home. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Suffield.
